The Committee has been benefited immensely from the rich experience of Shri M.G.Kelkar, who has been associated with the work relating to WMA for more than a decade. Shri A.G.Avalaskar’s contribution in compilation of data has been praiseworthy.

Smt. Abha Prasad, Shri Bhupal Singh and Shri Arnab Gupta, Officers of Division of Fiscal Analysis, Department of Economic Analysis and Policy, have assisted the Committee in providing the budgetary data. The Committee acknowledges their useful contributions.
