College of Agricultural Banking (CAB), Pune, invites offers from experienced and reputed Catering Agencies to provide Dining/canteen facilities to Participants and Bank’s staff members on contract basis. The contract will be valid initially for a period of one year, subject to renewal, at the discretion of the College.

2. The Agency will be required to serve quality food and beverages daily to about 100 officers from different parts of the country and about 50 staff members.

3. Catering Agencies situated in Pune and having all the requisite licences/registration to provide catering services with minimum annual turnover of Rs.75 lakh and 5 years experience in running mess / dining facilitates for Government / Public Sector / Private Sector Undertakings, preferably at Training Institutions, are eligible to apply.

4. CAB will short list the Agencies for inviting bids depending upon eligibility criteria and after making a visit to their places of catering.

5. Interested Catering Agencies may write to the undersigned so as to reach us on or before 3.00 p.m. on June 14, 2012 furnishing details of their experience, annual turnover, duly supported income-tax returns, duly supported by documents of all required licenses/permissions. The envelope should be superscripted “CATERING CONTRACT–EXPRESSION OF INTEREST”.
